Song is composed by Salim-Sulaiman as the whole team of Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl is same as the team of Band Baaja Baaraat. and for that movie music was also composed by Salim-Sulaiman which was superhit. Lyrics of the Aadat Se Majboor are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. YRF Music holds the music rights of Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Ranveer Singh tries his hands in singing by doing Rap in this song Aadat Se Majboor.
